Brian Montgomery has more than 15 years' experience in all aspects of homebuilding. He has served as Director of Purchasing, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Finance for firms large and small, among other positions in the industry. For Commence Logistics, Brian helped to pioneer the homebuilding-management-as-a-service model and has assembled the team and technology required to execute the model with excellence. He is now responsible for the company's operations. Brian has an MBA from the University of Florida.

A seasoned finance executive, John Starr serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Commence Logistics. He worked in finance for multi-national corporations for more than fifteen years, and has extensive experience in venture and private equity transactions. At American Builder Supply (ABS), for example, he worked with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to manage the $150 million building supply company while successfully positioning it for sale to a private equity firm in 2017.

Tony is the CEO of ODC Construction, Florida's largest residential shell contractor, having assumed responsibility for its operations in 2012 when he set out to redefine its offerings and business model. Prior to joining ODC, Tony spent 13 years as a homebuilder for large and boutique builders. He has overseen the construction of tens of thousands of homes. Tony graduated from the University of Florida and received an MBA from the University of Central Florida. He is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, and serves as the President of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA).

Zac Merriman is a Founding Partner of ODC Construction, a Florida residential construction services company that he has co-owned since 2011. ODC Construction builds around 5,000 homes per year across the state of Florida. Zac served as chief financial officer of ODC from 2016-2019. Before joining ODC, he worked for nine years as an investment analyst at Capital Research Global Investors, which is part of the Capital Group Companies. Capital Group manages almost $2 trillion in equity and fixed income assets in the American Funds series of mutual funds. Zac has also served as a partner at Integral Capital Partners where he invested in public and private technology companies and as an analyst at Silver Lake Partners, a technology-focused private equity firm.
